Mana Medical’s Service is provided solely for research purposes in its beta testing phase and is not a medical device nor does it offer any form of medical advice, diagnosis, cure, treatment, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or condition. The Service does not adapt, personalise or adjust medication schedules based on clinical judgement. The Service offers general-purpose medication reminders, set by users.
The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice. You must always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions related to your health. By using the Service, you acknowledge that any reliance on its content is strictly at your own risk.
All intellectual property rights in our website, application, and associated content worldwide belong to Mana Medical, or are licensed to us. These rights are licensed (not sold) to you for use only in accordance with these Terms.
