Ongoing monitoring, specialist rheumatologist support and personalised interventions, built around your own patterns - helping people with inflammatory arthritis reach remission sooner.
We help patients with inflammatory arthritis take greater control over their condition. Most people with inflammatory rheumatic disease see their rheumatologist every three to six months.
Between those appointments there is no signal, no monitoring, and no way to know if your treatment is actually working. Mana exists to address that gap.
Built on your own data, not a population average, to catch what's actually changing for you
Protocols developed by board-certified rheumatologists and grounded in published research
Daily signal and monthly monitoring, not a once-every-six-months snapshot

Download our app, plug in existing data (e.g. wearable, genetic) and complete our onboarding questionnaire and we'll send you a personalised at-home blood panel to help us understand more about why your treatment might not be working.
We'll send you a report with our findings, along with a 6 month disease activity target and a personalised plan to get there, which you will review and agree with your Mana Rheumatologist.

Record your symptoms, manage your medication, speak to your Mana AI nurse and receive real-time pacing support to help you manage your day-to-day holistic health.
Our wearable-powered early warning system will also flag deterioration to your remote Mana nurse, who will trigger at-home blood tests, a voice AI follow-up and if-needed, an at-home nurse joint assessment to stay ahead of the flare.
Receive a monthly health report tracking progress against your 6 month plan, which will include suggested medication, lifestyle or supplement changes for the month ahead, signed off by your Mana rheumatologist.
Rest assured if your health is deterioriating, you will be escalated to a Mana rheumatologist who will have all of your health intelligence at their fingertips. After your first 6 months, we keep monitoring - because remission isn't a finish line.
